At DIY Art Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom artist tags remain attached.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
